Privacy Policy

If you submit the contact form, I receive the information you type into it:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• A budget range, if you choose one — the field is optional
• Your description of the problem you want solved

The form posts to this site's own endpoint, which validates the fields and then sends me a single email through Resend, an email delivery service. Your email address is set as the reply-to on that message so I can answer you directly.

There is no database behind this site. Your submission is not stored in one, added to a CRM, pushed to a spreadsheet, or forwarded to any other tool. The only copies that exist are the email in my inbox and whatever Resend retains under its own policy.

The form also contains one hidden field that real people never see. Automated spam tends to fill it in. If it arrives filled, the submission is discarded and nothing is sent — that field is never read as information about you.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Serving any page means Vercel processes standard request information in its own infrastructure logs: IP address, browser user agent, the URL requested, and a timestamp. That is hosting-level logging that every website has. It is not analytics I configured, and I do not query, export or use it for marketing.

Stated plainly, because most sites cannot say it:

• It sets no cookies of its own
• It runs no analytics, advertising, or session-recording scripts
• It uses no tracking pixels
• It stores nothing in your browser's local or session storage
• Its fonts are self-hosted, so reading these pages does not contact Google

The only reason I hold your information is to reply to your enquiry and, if we go further, to scope and deliver the work. Your submission is the request.

Enquiry emails stay in my inbox while the conversation is still useful. If you want yours deleted, email me and I will delete it.

This site sells engineering services to businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions; the current page is the whole policy.
